This was my first time here, and I got a digital perm! They start at $180+. The photos are from the morning after I got it done. Charlie did the perm and he was great! He did multitask and work with multiple clients throughout the time but I didn’t mind at all because the perm process takes 3-4 hours. I would absolutely come back again :)

During our initial visit, we asked for a gray transitional color, but unfortunately, what we received was a poorly done blonde job that left us very upset. After posting a negative review, Jeff (the owner) reached out right away and invited us back the next day to correct the issue. He personally redid the color and did an excellent job—it turned out exactly as we had hoped. Thank you, Jeff, for your outstanding customer service and for taking the time to make things right.
