I’m really upset to be writing this, but I hope it’s taken as constructive feedback so improvements can be made. I come here every two weeks for the same gel manicure and pedicure with a French tip. I always get the same service, it usually takes about an hour, and I always leave loving it. I typically see whoever is available and have never had an issue until today. This time, once we got to the French design, there were multiple problems. The lines were thick and uneven. I politely asked the technician if she could fix them because each nail was coming out wonky. She called the manager over, and I explained the situation. The manager spoke to her and she redid all of the French tips. While it wasn’t my favorite result, it was much more even than before. Unfortunately, when the technician moved on to my toes, the same issue happened again — thick, uneven lines. She kept filing off the white and redoing it over and over, which made the appointment feel very frustrating and drawn out. What is normally a one-hour appointment turned into two hours of back-and-forth corrections. It also felt like her focus wasn’t fully on the service, which added to the frustration. When the manager came back and asked if I liked it, I said no. She simply said “sorry” and handed me the payment machine. By the time I got home, the gel was already peeling off. I’ve been a loyal customer and consistently get the same service. Given how many technicians were working, I feel I should have been reassigned to someone more experienced with French tips once it was clear there were repeated issues. EDIT! I went back to get them fixed and the owner gave me a discounted priced for my trouble. Very happy with my nails & relived i dont have to find a new place to go for my gel french.

Yuny is amazing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work — real effort, real attention to detail. She’s warm, kind, and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at this salon thanks to Vic (station 12)! She is extremely talented, professional, and detail-oriented. She really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect, and the results always exceed my expectations. Vic is also so kind and welcoming, which makes the whole appointment relaxing and enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and loves what she does. My nails always look flawless and last so long! I highly recommend asking for Vic (station 12) if you’re looking for beautiful nails and excellent service. I will definitely be coming back!

Super friendly, had great conversation she paid attention to what I wanted, she gave recommendations and very detail oriented! It didn’t take her a long time to work and it was flawless.
