If I could give Hong ten stars, I absolutely would. My experience with her at Babygee’s Nail Bar was beyond exceptional—truly the gold standard of what customer care should feel like. From the moment I sat down, it was clear how impeccably clean and modern the salon is, but Hong herself is what elevates the entire experience. She pays attention in a way that feels almost intuitive. When the heat from my hands started warming the space, she quietly adjusted the thermostat—without me saying a word—even though it meant she was freezing just to keep me comfortable. That level of thoughtfulness is rare. When it came to choosing a nail color, she didn’t just hand me a palette. She talked through tones, undertones, and how each shade would complement my skin. It felt like having a personal stylist for my nails. What I appreciated most was her communication. She gave me exactly what I wanted, but if she had any concerns, she explained them clearly and kindly so I could understand the “why” behind her recommendations. And even then, she always made it clear that she would follow my preference if that’s what I wanted. That balance of expertise and respect is unmatched. Hong is meticulous, warm, and incredibly skilled. This was hands-down the best customer service experience I’ve had at any nail salon. Babygee’s is lucky to have her, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else after this.

I had my acrylics done at a different salon, but I came here to have them removed and to get builder gel applied to help restore my nail health. My nail tech today, Ellen, was amazing. She was kind, funny, and super detail oriented. At other salons, I usually feel a bit anxious because my nails are handled pretty roughly. But Ellen was incredibly gentle and made the whole experience really comfortable. The salon is also spotless and so relaxing. It is beautifully designed and feels way more peaceful than most places I have been to. This is definitely my new go-to spot and I will be recommending it to others.

I recently visited this salon for a manicure and pedicure, and it was truly the best experience I’ve had in over five years. The staff is exceptionally kind, accommodating, and attentive to their clients' needs. Holly, my nail technician, kindly accepted me as a walk-in and demonstrated remarkable professionalism. She was gentle, considerate, and consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied with her work, allowing me the opportunity to request adjustments if needed. Her technique is exceptional and is noticeably less harmful on my nails than past experiences at other nail salons. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and the exceptionally relaxing atmosphere of the salon enhanced the entire experience. It’s evident that this establishment not only provides great nail services but also prioritizes creating a kind and caring environment for its clients. Their kindness and dedication to customer satisfaction stand out. This salon is undoubtedly the best in the area and well worth the price for both great nail care and an outstanding overall experience. I will absolutely be returning as a regular!

The cleanest nail salon I've ever been to. Holly did my nails and she did an amazing job. The only reason why I'm giving this a four star review is because everytime I emailed, called, or texted nobody responded. Best approach for me to reschedule or cancel an appointment was to physically visit the store. Edit: Thank you, Baby Gee for the response and taking the time to email me. I emailed back with clarifications and a screenshot of my call history.
