Had my first visit to Balans Organic Spa and absolutely loved it! My husband gifted me a package with a float session, massage, and facial—total of 3.5 hours of pure relaxation. Pim gave me the best massage (felt reborn!) and Natalia's facial left my skin glowing. The staff is super friendly, and I loved the detail of changing into slippers right at the entrance—it really sets the tone. I enjoyed it so much, I booked my next session before leaving!

Balans has such a cozy and calm atmosphere; you immediately feel zen when you walk in. I had a luxurious facial with Grace and my husband really loved his massage with Aimee. They use organic products and will tell you about the products they’re using, which I find really helpful. Will definitely be back!

Christina is amazing! I had one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had with her. She really listened to what I was looking for and tailored the session perfectly to my needs. The pressure was exactly right, and I left feeling so relaxed and pain-free. honestly the best I’ve felt in a long time. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone skilled, attentive, and truly talented at what she does.

I just had my first deep tissue massage with Cristina and it certainly won’t be the last!! She’s incredible! I feel so much relief after my massage with her, I didn’t want to get up from the table. She’s so nice and friendly, I felt nervous since it was my first deep tissue but she made me feel super comfortable and walked me through what she’d be doing and checked in throughout. Please go book your massage with her! Natallia also gives fantastic facials. I always leave with my skin glowing and feeling refreshed. She really takes her time to understand your skin needs and also gives fantastic skincare recommendations. I highly recommend booking your next facial with her!

I had such a lovely experience! Alan was professional and amazing. He gave me an amazing, deeply relaxing massage that helped me completely unwind. Grace is fantastic with facials — she is gentle, knowledgeable, and my skin looked and felt great afterward. Overall, the experience was excellent from start to finish!
