30/30 body scrub and massage. Enjoyed both immensely. I left feeling great, more relaxed and upright in some time. The communal areas contain a sauna (super hot on the top tier,) an eucalyptus steam room, a cold plunge, an extra cold plunge, and an ok hot tub without jets. An employee came by and tested the water in all pools during my visit and adjusted levels. The services were great, and the common areas were nice. It can get pretty busy, but there's also a tea room to duck into should the communal become *too* communal.

My wife and I came here for mudwraps the evening after our wedding. We had a great experience, and left feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready for married life! The spa therapists were excellent; they paid attention to detail by checking in throughout the service, and were friendly and kind. The products used in the service, including the essential oils, I could tell were of particular quality. This was greatly appreciated as I am not someone who likes 'scents' or scented things normally. We left feeling great, and were happy we stopped by to mark the occasion.

Recently visited Banya 5. In Summary, the facilities left a lot to be desired, but the massage and facial services were stellar. As many have noted, the men's changing room was tiny and felt crowded with 3-4 people in it. Also, the door to the pool area opened right out of the showers, providing little privacy. The pool area was small, and the hot tub was a micro size. The spa and steam room were great, although one could burn oneself in the dry spa if not careful. The steam room floors and steps are slippery, and one needs to be careful - other spas I've been to have grippy surfaces. My massage provider, Andrea, was careful, attentive, and customized treatment to my problem areas, including adjusting intensity. The cosmetologist, Delila was incredibly knowledgeable and provided an amazing treatment experience. My spouse had the hydrotherapy and massage and had an equally enjoyable experience.
