I’ve been going to Khoi for over three years and have always been so happy with my nails. Him, his wife, and the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, and they truly make you feel comfortable every time you come in. They take their time, give honest advice, and always make sure you’re happy with the final result. Khoi is amazing with shaping and is great at customizing colors or suggesting what will look best. The salon is always clean and professional, and the quality of work is consistently amazing. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a loyal client of Khoi for 20+ years, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. He is incredibly talented, professional, and truly cares about his work. Downtown Nail & Spa always feels clean, calm, and inviting, and the staff is wonderful. I have had my nails done in NYC, LA, Atlanta, Rome, and London, and none of those renowned salons come close to the magic that Khoi performs on my nails. He is meticulous - an artist who never disappoints. The salon is beautiful. The staff is kind and professional. Khoi is both the owner of Bayside Nail & Spa and the genius technician who stays ahead of trends, listens to what I want, and always exceeds my lofty expectations. For two years, every few weeks, Khoi has made me feel special with cat eye, ombre, chrome, jewels, designs, and flowers (even the encased dry flowers that I just had to have when I saw them at the Met Ball). Nothing is impossible. Every time is better than the last. Don't hesitate. In 25 years of doing my nails I have never been happier with the results. The photo is from today and it doesn't do the beauty of my nails justice - they are amazing.

I came here for the very first time today. Made an appointment with Khoi because I read great reviews about him on the website. He did not disappoint. He did a fabulous job and was very meticulous, detail oriented and made my nails look beautiful again. Highly recommend making an appointment with him. This is going to be my regular place to get my nails done.
