I absolutely love B/Bauer hair lounge. When you walk in, the atmosphere is so welcoming. They offer you drinks while they do their thing and I just love that. I really enjoy having my hair washed. Its very relaxing. So relaxing that sometimes I feel like taking a nap haha. The hot towels is the cherry on top. When I leave I feel so renewed. New hair style, new color= new life❤️I highly recommend stoping by.

Had an amazing experience, went to Jennifer and she was the absolute kindest. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The results were amazing, I’ve been looking for a dedicated salon to go to and I easily made my choice. My hair feels SO soft and they didn’t gatekeep their products!!! They even linked them to me. I was fasting so I couldn’t drink their complimentary drinks/snacks but the idea of that being an option is amazing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A True Luxury Salon Experience! Bauer Salon and Brooke (the amazing owner) have absolutely mastered the art of customer service and comfort. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like royalty. While getting my gloss, I was wrapped in a warmed blanket with a weighted pillow, and they even added an aromatherapy-infused hot towel it’s pure heaven! They offer a curated selection of fall drinks (yes, even with oat milk!) that made the whole experience feel so cozy and special. Since it happened to be my birthday month, they surprised me with such thoughtful gifts like Kevin Murphy travel products and a Starbucks gift card! Such a kind and personal touch. Brooke and her team highlighted my hair to perfection and gave me the best blowout I’ve ever had. They are wizards with extensions. They have hair regrowth program that is truly amazing. Every detail at Bauer is carefully thought out & it’s truly a spa-level experience that rivals the top luxury salons in the Gold Coast area of Chicago. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and absolutely beautiful. ✨I’m forever a client! ✨

I had the second most amazing blowout experience from this place and I’ll keep coming back! From the moment I walked in, everything felt so elevated and thoughtful. They offered me a latte (which was delicious, by the way), and the whole appointment felt more like a luxury self-care moment than just a hair service. The warm towels were such a relaxing touch — it instantly made me feel pampered and taken care of. Every detail felt intentional and calming. Cheyenne was absolutely incredible. She was professional, attentive, and clearly so talented at what she does. My blowout had the perfect volume, bounce, and shine — it lasted beautifully and I left feeling so confident and put together. If you’re looking for a place that combines skill, comfort, and a truly amazing experience, this is it. I’ll definitely be back — and I’ll be booking with Cheyenne again! 💕
