After several trials and a few disappointments, I finally found "Beautybox" — and I couldn't be happier. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and the location is super convenient, just steps from the station. It's a one-stop shop where I can get everything done — lashes, facials, body massages, and of course, nails — all in one place. I'm so happy to have discovered Beauty box. If you are looking for a nail salon on the Upper West Side, look no further! I live out of the city, but was in the neighborhood for some appointments. I walked in and was greeted and seated right away. I’m very particular about my gel-x fills and Maricela was FANTASTIC! She was meticulous and fast. She clearly was a perfectionist and an excellent artist. I also got a 20(turned 30)-minute chair massage during my mani from Jake. His hands were magic. Strongest and best chair massage I’ve had in a while. Perfect treat for a busy mom’s-day-out. Very beautiful and clean spa. My only regret was I didn’t have more time to fit in a a pedicure. Highly recommend Beauty Box!
