I saw Briana today for a haircut and was and it was one of the best haircuts I have ever had. She was so great and knowledgeable and fun! Reasonably priced for what I got. And I felt so confident leaving the salon. Can’t wait to go back!

Dylan is absolutely the BEST at what he does. Color is always amazing and the haircut is perfect. I always come out of the salon feeling and looking confident.

My service for a facial eyebrow waxing and eyebrow tinting were great, Michelle was awesome and accommodated A few requests that I made. However, I will say that being in the quiet Serene comfortable room where you get a massage or a facial is great and love it. However, there was at least one lady out in the regular area that was laughing very very loudly. I guess something was very funny and it went on for like 5 minutes. My suggestion would be to put a sign up anywhere or advise customers clients to keep talk and conversation and laughing to a quiet low level because it was very annoying when you're trying to relax and someone keeps laughing hard and loud and for a long time talking as well. I don't know who she was. I don't know if she was in the room right next to the massage facial rooms or if she was out by the shampoo bowls on the west side of the salon. But again, Michelle service was great. She asked any questions that I might have and answer them. Thank you.

I had the best experience at this Beauty Brands! I came in not really knowing what to look for — I’m usually a Pantene or Walmart-brand kind of shampoo person — but lately I’ve noticed my hair getting greasier and just not feeling right. When I walked to the back and asked for help, three ladies were there, and Amber immediately jumped up to assist me. She was incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly! I even let my hair down from my bun, and she felt it and instantly knew what I needed. She helped me pick out a shampoo and conditioner, and also taught me about clarifying shampoo — something I had never even heard of! I asked about what to do for my frizzy hair, and once again, Amber had the perfect recommendation. Another girl helped out too, and she was super sweet. Amber made my visit so comfortable and fun. I would’ve never imagined spending almost $200 on hair products, but after this experience, I’d do it again in a heartbeat. She made me feel confident and reminded me how important it is to take care of myself — and that these products can help me do that. Amber truly deserves a pay increase because never once did she come across like a salesperson — it felt like shopping with a best friend who genuinely wanted the best for me. She made my day and turned what could’ve been an awkward visit into something amazing. Huge thank-you to Amber for her incredible customer service and for making me feel valued and cared for. I’ll definitely be back! 💛 I hope I did not get the name wrong. She was darker skin, beautiful, dark black hair and I’m pretty sure she was the general manager. Either way if I got her name wrong please make sure she knows she is very appreciated.
