EDIT: While I left not feeling great about the service, the follow up customer care has been wonderful. As someone who works in customer services, I know what a skill it is to take a step back and take on feedback. This is what bumps it from 2 stars to 4 stars. While I think that the nail tech was clearly talented, I didn’t have a great experience here. I had booked for a Builder Gel & Detailed Nail Art which was £57 but was told that the designs I had in mind was Extreme Nail Art which they wouldn’t have time for. There’s no information while booking as to what is considered basic, detailed and extreme and how much time each would take. I was disappointed but willing to find something else more doable. The nail tech was quite unfriendly. There was no small talk or checking in throughout the session. They had asked what length I wanted them after they had already filed down a nail so I didn’t get much choice. I felt unwelcome and ended up going with whatever they suggested as I didn’t feel like any of my suggestions for designs were being heard. The session only took an hour and is not what I would consider detailed nail art. Parts of the charms were not sealed or formed to the nail properly which meant it pulled my hair out anytime I ran my hands through it. Gel was left on the skin. I feel sad writing this because they have such good reviews and they seem very nice on their socials but these were supposed to be my birthday nails and I left feeling like I’d wasted my time and money. Perhaps it’s just not the right place for me!

I have been going to Beauty by Ciara for beauty treatments for years and even though I moved out of Leighton Buzzard two years ago, I still go back. Last month I got married and had a spray tan and hybrid lashes with Emma. She made me look like I’d been abroad and always makes my lashes look natural. Sue did French nails on my hands and toes, perfect for my special day. My toes are still fantastic now (a month later) and I’ve since returned for my lashes to be lifted and tinted by Emma, ready for my honeymoon. I’d like to thank you both very much for helping to make me feel beautiful on my wedding day. I would highly recommend Beauty by Ciara. All the staff are so talented and lovely!

I’ve been going to Su since January after stalking her Instagram months and I’m honestly obsessed. She always takes my ideas/Pinterest inspo and takes them to the next level. She’s encouraged me to try stuff I’d never have thought of (fish nails were a fave 🐟💅) and I always feel like I can trust her to nail it (literally 😂). We are the point where I can just sit in the chair and tell her to do whatever she's wants because I KNOW she will kill it. She my painstakingly painted my wedding nails (still can’t get over how perfect they were 🥹) and every set shes done for me is better than the last! She’s super talented, so lovely to hang out with (important when you are sitting in the chair for 2-3 hours!) and the other ladies there are also super chatty and friendly, which makes the whole environment really lovely to be in. Basically… if you’re thinking of booking, just do it. You won't be disappointed! ✨

I came in desperately needing a miracle and Charlotte made me feel completely at ease. My nails now look amazing and I feel so much more confident. Thank you Charlotte. Highly recommended!
