Cathy was so professional throughout the appointment, taking the time to explain each step as she went and explaining the aftercare instructions. She has such an eye for detail and was happy to adjust my mapping to my needs. I have previously struggled with my brow shape and symmetry and she has done an amazing job!! My first appointment with Cathy was mid 2023 and I wouldn’t still be a client if it wasn’t for her amazing skills. Compared to franchises/salons where clients are going in and out with a quick wax (most of the time no planning/symmetry) - the experience with Cathy is the extreme opposite. She takes meticulous care planning and checking in with the client and the end result shows!! Your brows will never be cleaner and more beautiful looking after a session here tbh.
