I had such a wonderful experience with Lucy! She did an amazing job with my haircut and treatment — my hair feels so soft, healthy, and beautifully styled. Lucy was very professional, friendly, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. She explained every step of the treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I absolutely love the result and can already see a big difference in the texture and shine of my hair. I got Korean hair extensions done and I am beyond impressed. No chemicals, no tape, no glue, just pure skill and artistry.😍 My stylist, Hailey, was amazing. Watching how she braided each strand so seamlessly was incredible. The extensions feel super lightweight, and as someone with really thin hair, I’m extremely happy with the results. I finally have long, voluminous hair that I’ve never had before. I’d strongly recommend this to anyone thinking about extensions. I’ll definitely be coming back—100%. 🤎

December hair refresh called for an anti hair loss scalp therapy session as well as some impromptu full head of hair extensions. My hair follicles were clogged and oily. But I was so thankful that Eunice, the head spa specialist sorted me and cleansed my scalp!!! I know I’ll have to make it a regular visit but just from 1 session I could FEEL and SEE the difference. I’ve attached photos too of my clean scalp. Hailey and Angela helped me to feel like a completely refreshed woman!! I got a full head of 18 inch hair extensions. My natural hair is a lob type of bob. So the change is very different but it looks natural and beautiful. Hats off to the team at BTS because they’re making me feel like a million bucks.

Booked a colour consultation with them + cut and I was lucky enough to grab the last spot for the day. I ended up getting lost and having car trouble on the way that I arrived 30mins late to my scheduled appointment. The location was a bit difficult to find since I am not local but I found it easily after calling them for help. I thought they would be annoyed when I showed up and turn me away but they were still very accepting and hospitable, I was really surprised! I really appreciated the fact that they never treated me differently. The staff were very accomodating but I had the best experience with Lucy! She explained and communicated things very well and gave me exactly what I wanted. She even offered me refreshments and a snack! I definitely will be coming back in the future :)

It was my first visit to BTS. My regular Korean hairdresser had moved away and so I had to find another good hairdresser. I thought I'd give BTS a try as it was close to where I live and it has 5 stars review! I booked online for a haircut with Jury. Booking online was easy and the hair salon was easy to get to via metro so I didn't need to drive. Jury washed my hair and gave me a nice head massage. Then I showed her a picture of what I would like and Jury did it exactly! The staff spoke good English so she understood what I wanted and gave good advice also. Jury was meticulous, she took her time and didn't rush. I observed that other customers were relaxed and seemed happy. Staff spoke to each other with respect. It was a nice atmosphere. I love my haircut and I'd definitely go back with my daughters. I am a very happy customer. Thanks so much, Jury!
