The photos kind of help you find the place. However, my experience was good with Debbie and K. They were kind and really good a massaging. I like the hard pressing but my wife didn't enjoy the hard massage because she should've requested. However, the massage was an hour and worth it. I haven't been to other big massage companies but this one has good price for the session. There is a restroom that has a code that they can give you.

I came to the island from Texas to visit family. I was in need of a good massage because the plane ride was brutal and I noticed the Groupon. However, I decided to CALL FIRST to make sure they had availability before I purchased. I'm so glad I did. Despite the previous reviews I had read, Ju or Joo was honestly the best. She really hit the pressure points on my body that needed it. She also tried her best to communicate with me even though there was a slight language barrier. Afterwards I made her aware of previous reviews and suggested she possibly get with someone who can assist her with removing and getting away from Groupon as I could tell she was not to savvy. I would recommend and come back again.

In Kaka'ako, experienced a 60m Full Body Massage & 30m Anti-Aging Facial (90min total) at BeautyMed's. My message therapist was a Korean lady. I think her name was Jae. Although she didn't ask prior to the massage if I wanted her to work on any particular part of the body or where not to work on (...in case of any current sensitivities or injuries...), throughout the massage she would ask about how the pressure was. Be sure to communicate how much pressure you enjoy or areas you want her to focus on. She is very strong so some bits of the massage was like a sports massage. Surprisingly, she brought in some hot stones. That was a nice, unexpected treat. Her technique also includes stretching parts of your body which reminds me of Thai massages. Cash tip is best for your therapist. My facial was only 30m so more of an introductory facial experience but as I write this review 3 days later after the experience, my face still feels so soft. My facialist was Donna of Dream Skincare (IG: @dreamskin_beauty.health) at BeautyMed. My treatment included an anti-aging serum with a face massage.. but that's not all, Donna added a chamomile scented collagen, hydrating mask for my dry skin. She used a gua sha roller to massage on the mask in between as I laid in peace for about 15m. Felt great with nice gentle pressure. Donna did mention some of the specials she's running for facials. I wish her menu was on BeautyMed Therapy's website. It could help her business as she offered a variety of options and techniques. I also purchased a few beauty items from her (see pic) and she added a complimentary mask treatment. I tipped her directly while purchasing my items. Overall a great experience. I love personal pamper days.

I completely 10/10 recommend this place. I got a massage in Miami for twice the cost and it wasn’t have as good as here. If you need a full body massage this is the place. It’s clean, and the woman who owns it reminds me of my family. Kind and honest and a lot of fun. 10/10 will be back here again, as my neck and back pain is gone. My husband and I did the couples massage and they helped rub out all the knots and today we feel awesome. They also use coconut oil which isn’t a strong scent and helpful for sensitive skin.
