I was extremely pleased to go for my last microneedling session, from a course of 3, as I could see the benefits from the first session. I was welcomed by the wonderful receptionist who offered me a coffee, tea or water whilst I waited. I found this this be a very welcoming approach. Becky my therapist took me into the treatment room and had this amazing effervescent personality which I loved followed by years of experience which I found comforting knowing the treatment I was going to have. Becky listened to my concerns during the process and had no hesitation in doing what I asked for. I was thrilled with my results and very grateful for the extra time given to me which was not planned.Becky followed through with my aftercare advise and made sure I was happy with everything before saying goodbye. I certainly will be going back and highly recommend her. What a find! Thank you Becky.
