My first Beem Light session included full body Red light & Infrared sauna. An absolutely rejuvenating experience. I’m recovering from a half marathon hamstring injury, today addressed that issue. Feeling 100% improvement with pain level and mobility. House wife or athlete you need to experience Beem and what they have to offer you in first class wellness. Come see Imani at River Oaks Beem.

This is the cutest self care space! I had my first infrared sauna last week and it was the relaxation and recharge I needed! For 45 minutes I had a private sauna suite and watched Netflix (they provide an iPAD). I thought I would get antsy for 45 minutes but this was very relaxing and a great way to escape. They have several light options and the owner was even there checking on me! They do offer a great special for first time clients-run don't walk!

Nothing less than five stars for this incredible place. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness. The vibe was elegant, chic, and so inviting. Every room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully put together. I walked in feeling just okay, but I left feeling like myself again—happy, light, and full of positive energy. I’m truly grateful for the entire experience, and I will definitely be coming back! A special thank-you to Sarah for her amazing encouragement and friendly personality—she made such a difference. And Kenneth was incredibly cool and welcoming as well. This place is a gem! ✨💛

Huge shoutout to Sarah at the front!! She’s the best. She always greets me with the kindest energy and makes the whole experience feel so welcoming. She recommended the green light bed, and I’m so glad she did. It has genuinely improved my overall health better recovery, clearer skin, and I just feel so much more balanced after using it. Can’t say enough good things about this place or the people who work here. Highly recommend!
