Loved my time here at BEEM in uptown! I did an hour long sauna session and time went by fast with the iPad they provide. I also did a 15 minute red light therapy. Both were amazing! Get your parking validated on your way out.

All of the ladies who work here are amazing. They make sure to explain everything to ensure you are comfortable. I really enjoyed the red light. It was calming. I felt like I worked out when I left the sauna…which is a good thing. I highly recommend.

First of all the staff is just literally the nicest I always feels like I’m coming into my happy place walking into the door! I just started going to this place a couple of weeks ago and got a membership because of my psoriasis and my depression and always gets worse this time of year with the lack of sunlight. It has already brought immense benefits not only the the appearance of my skin but also have been able to have more energy and am far less stressed then I normally am this time of year. I tell everyone I can about this place.

Rachel Clark — 5/5 (via Google) May 2, 2024

I absolutely love coming here! As someone that values health and fitness but also suffers from chronic pain, going to Beem has been an important part of my life. I have been a member for several months. I use the infrared sauna 3-5 days/week and red light when possible. Staff members are friendly and the facility is clean. It's easy to book appointments with their app. The sauna relaxes my muscles and helps me sleep better. It also has amazing mental health benefits. I highly recommend this place!

Anna Suggs — 5/5 (via Google) Apr 20, 2024

Our first time here and we are IN LOVE. As soon as you walk in you feel like you are at the spa. The facility is immaculate, and they have so much to offer in their retail space from recovery items to self care. Pricing is very reasonable. We committed to a plan immediately! Can’t wait.
