1. Every time we do a last-minute appointment here we are treated with so much kindness, whereas other places seem to not understand that making appointments can be tricky for some people/circumstances. 2. The prices are about the same as a fancy downtown salon, but the difference here is you're paying for the actual service, not the "vibe." We always get great cuts and styles from the Belk salon. Trust me, the ladies at this salon will treat you nicely and do a great job. Queen was our stylist today. She did a fantastic job, and boyyyyy was it a job. My daughter has some of the thickest hair you've ever seen, and Queen was ready to tackle it with no problem. & The young lady working the desk was especially kind to my toddler. She really went above and beyond to be welcoming. Ladies, thank you all so much. Sincerely, A very stressed mama

I’ve been coming to Belk Hair Salon & Spa (located up the escalator—when you step off, turn right and you’ll see it), and my experience has truly been life-changing. I see Miss Queen every other week for my perm treatments and blowouts (scheduled separately with a consistent routine), and I can honestly say she is fantastic! Miss Queen helped guide my hair through one of the worst periods I’ve ever experienced hair-wise. Thanks to her care, knowledge, and patience, my hair has made incredible progress, and I’m happier than ever with the results. She really is a hair whisperer—she understands exactly what your hair needs and how to bring it back to life. If you ask her about my journey, she’ll tell you the story! Not only is she highly professional, but her service is also so relaxing that I sometimes fall asleep in the chair—until she gently wakes me up to keep my head still! I scheduled a facial with Tiffany Robinson and had a great experience. She was very attentive during my service and I wasn’t rushed at all. It was a very calming experience. She made sure to talk with me about all the products used. I’m very claustrophobic and she was so gentle that I did not experience any issues. My skin feels amazing today:)
