My experience here today was beyond incredible and accommodating! I came here to get my nails done for my wedding this weekend and didn’t realize I was supposed to schedule in advance for nail art. Mary, Milo, and Hannah, all went out of their way to make sure I had the nails that I wanted for my wedding in the amount of time I had booked. I can’t tell how much I appreciate them for how kind and accommodating they were to make sure I was ready for the big day! The nails turned out absolutely beautiful!

My daughter introduced me to this lovely salon in Painesville. Brought my 89 year old mother-in -law and we both got spa pedicures from Grace and Mary. Wonderful, relaxing and with lovely young women we could talk to and laugh with! Will definitely go back again.

Halle did an excellent job on my spa pedicure with gel. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed with the softest feet! It was quite possibly the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I used a gift card and will be definitely be returning as a repeat customer.

My husband and I just snuck in the most amazing day date while our littlest cherub was still at school We treated ourselves to a blissful hour-long couples massage at one of our absolute favorites — Bella Donna Salon & Spa. Helen and Bianca worked pure magic, and now we feel like brand-new humans… which is perfect, because we’re about to tackle the beautiful chaos of hosting 25 people for Thanksgiving on Thursday! 🦃✨ If you’re feeling the stress or just need a little “ahhhh” moment in your life, do yourself a favor and head to Bella Donna. They have so many incredible massage options — trust me, you won’t regret treating yourself! 💛
