Marysa is great to work with. My son has been going to her for over a year and she never disappoints. I appreciate she takes the time to make sure the haircut 'looks good'. She has tremendous attention to the details that ensure a great result. Her customer service is top notch and she feels more like family every time we visit. Highly recommend this location as it is family friendly and laid back without sacrificing professionalism. Awesome place to take your kids for a good cut and experience.

I was very appreciative as I just called 1 hour before Justin the Barber, who took care of me allowed me to come in and get cut upon entering the shop, my first thought was super cool with giant pictures of James Dean on there, I think they had like 6 chairs, it was very clean. They had a couple of TVS with sports center on To me, it reminded me of an old school Barbershop, feel with a bit of a modern twist, just a nice all around shop, Justin the Barber, who cut my hair was an extremely nice guy. He is a very talented Barber and I might add the fee they charge for a haircut there. Was definitely very, very reasonable. All in all, I think this place is a gem. If you're not familiar with where it's at or have never been there, you gotta pay attention to where you're going as it is set in the back of a shopping center. However, they do have a flag sort of thing. Displayed out front that indicates there's a Barbershop in the back all in all. I would say, a very, very good Barbershop, with great people at a super good price..

I just can't get with the program. It's my loss because Bells/Barbers West is perhaps the best haircut in Summit County. I am a walk in type of customer. I first used this place when it opened and was a faithful customer till it switched to appointment only. I ended up using other shops of lesser quality just for the walk in convivence. Nothing but praise for the quality of the haircut at Bells. I wish they would at least have one day a week that was open to walk ins.

My first cut at Bells, with Kim, was great! I am very pleased with the results and will return in a few weeks for a trim. Other family members go to Bells, so I thought I’d give the shop a try.
