I booked an appointment for my 4 year old daughter to have her haircut here today. We were lucky enough to have Gem, who was so kind to my little girl. She absolutely loved her trip to the hairdressers, and is already looking forward to coming back. Gem has done a lovely job with her hair. I would definitely recommend Bertie & Belle in Keynsham. 😊

Took my baby girl for her first hair cut and had a lovely experience with Gemma. She was patient and sweet with my daughter and I was pleased with the cut. We even left with a certificate and a balloon 🎈

My son really struggles with having his hair cut. I’ve normally got to pin him down to even attempt to cut it. Our experience has been completely different with Bertie and Belle’s. My son is at ease from the moment he walks in there. We have no problem getting his hair cut now and he even asks if go back every weekend.

Visited Bertie and Belle yesterday for my two daughter's to have their hair cut, as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome and told my daughters could play with the toys there and get up in the car if they would like. Super child friendly setting. One of my daughters had her first hair cut so we had the package which included a lock of her hair and beautiful certificate with a photo that they printed out. The lady that cut both girls hair asked me and my daughters how we wanted their hair cut and she advised how much to take off. There was a tablet which the kids could chose what they wanted to watch whilst having their done. The cars for kids to sit in are fantastic. After their hair cut they were both asked if they would like a sticker and balloon each which really did top my daughters visit. Will definitely be visiting again.
