I took my daughter here today for a spontaneous haircut. She has always been reluctant to go to a hairdresser for a trim, because she’s always fearful they will take too much length off. Today she got exactly what she asked for, and that is purely because of the staff member Maggie. Maggie greeted us the moment we walked in the shop, gave us an idea of who was ahead of us in the queue, and when it was our turn, was so gentle and patient. Maggie immediately understood that to my daughter, this haircut was a pretty big ordeal, and she preceded with care. She invested the time and energy into ensuring my daughter did not leave in tears, by constantly checking in with us both. We cannot thank Maggie enough for her kindness and attention that she gave us today. She certainly is an asset to the shop and we really appreciate her.
