I cannot say enough good things about this med spa — the entire experience was incredible from start to finish. The space is beautiful, clean, and so welcoming, but what truly made it exceptional was Grace Anne. Grace Anne is phenomenal. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and so intentional with everything she does. I love that she takes the time to explain each step, answer every question, and make you feel completely comfortable and confident. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants you to leave feeling your absolute best. Her attention to detail and calm, reassuring presence made the whole appointment feel effortless. I had the most lovely Glass Facial at Better Med Spa today and cannot recommend them enough. The entire experience felt calm, elevated, and genuinely restorative from start to finish. Grace was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, warm, and incredibly communicative throughout the appointment. First time ever receiving a facial here and I can honestly say I had such a great experience. Kayla was very informative and understanding about my skin during the consultation. Kayla also did my first time facial, super relaxing and a great experience. The staff is also super nice and welcoming. The place itself is nice and clean.
