I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome every time you walk in. Frank is a genius with my hair,. I have a fringe which I’m obsessed with and he always makes it look perfect. James, Jon, Maria and Luis are also awesome at what they do. It was such a treat to have Jon colour and cut my hair at Biba Gertrude Street. He suggested a cut I've never done before and it's probably the best style (and colour) I've ever had. He really understood my hair type and made me feel confident in going for a big chop, which he did with real care and skill. He was also great to talk to and gave an epic head massage. A top notch Working Class Hairdresser ;) Thanks, Jon! Guess I have to move to Melbourne now...
