He always does a fantastic job with the cuts, delivers exceptional customer service, and makes sure the cut matches the customer’s wants and needs by communicating throughout the service. He also ensures the cut is accurate by double-checking his work. Super friendly and top notch cuts. I first tried Bien Faded a few months back after years of going to a big chain salon. This has been a great decision. I’ve been going to Bien Faded for a year now and it’s always a great experience. My barber is Jonathan, and I’ve been his client for over 5 years—I wouldn’t change him for anyone else. He always does an excellent job, very professional and detail-oriented. On top of that, the atmosphere in the barbershop is awesome. All the barbers are very friendly and I always have a good time when I go. 100% recommended.

I can’t say enough great things about my barber Jonathan! Not only does he always give me a clean haircut and sharp beard trim, but he truly goes above and beyond for his clients. Recently, my schedule didn’t line up with his available appointments, and he went out of his way to make himself available just to fit me in.
