Love this shop! Everyone is super friendly and easy to talk to. I always go to NICOLE for my piercings—she’s seriously the best. She’s super skilled & takes her time to explain everything so you feel totally comfortable. When it comes time to pierce incredibly efficient and accuracy 10/10. I trust her completely and always walk out happy. The whole experience is soo smooth that its never long before im back for more. Definitely my go-to spot!

Myself and my sister both had come to Big Joe & Sons last month on my birthday to get our ears pierced. It was my first time getting my ears pierced so slightly nervous. Going by the name I thought it'd look like a biker hangout spot haha. But, opening the door surprised to see white walls, very clean, was very impressed. Had a wait but very short, met our piercer Skye whom was very professional, took her time lining both of us up, marking making sure everything looks even and symmetrical. Gave us the lowdown on care and how long before we can change them. It was a very good experience. Then, just about 2 weeks ago I thought I broke the backing to one of my earrings so I stopped by & she took a look at it, reassured me all was fine that it just wasn't lined up when I adjusting it. Checked my ears said they were healing great and popped the sucker right back on as tight as it was from when she done them before. If I could give this place 10 stars I would in a heartbeat.

Nicole is fantastic! Came in here to repierce an old piercing that had closed up. Ended up getting another one. Came back a few days later with my best friend so she could get one. Two weeks out, the piercing is healing really nicely. Great shop, clean, big selection, expert artists.

Brought my young daughter in as a walk in to get her ears pierced. Wonderful experience. Piercing was done by Skye. She explained everything as it was happening, made for a very comfortable for a first timer. My daughter said she would give her 15,000 stars if she could!
