Edited Review: After my previous review, the salon owner personally reached out to apologize and offered to make things right, which I really appreciated. Since my nails were still fresh, I chose to return for a pedicure and brought my husband along for one as well. This visit was a completely different experience. Theresa did my husband’s pedicure and she was fantastic, so relaxing that he actually fell asleep at one point! My pedicure was done by Men, and she also did an amazing job. Both technicians were warm, funny, and attentive from start to finish, which made the appointment genuinely enjoyable. This service felt like a true turnaround compared to my earlier visits. My husband now wants to come back monthly, which says a lot. We do plan to return and are hopeful that this level of service remains consistent and wasn’t just in response to my prior complaint. If this experience becomes the norm, this salon could easily become a regular spot for us. Previous Review: I gave this salon two chances because I wanted to see if my first visit was just an off day. Unfortunately, after my second visit, I don’t think this will be my go-to salon. My first visit was a walk-in with my daughter. We both got French manicures . Mine were gel with tips and held up well for about two weeks, but my daughter’s regular polish chipped and cracked the next day, even after 2 coats and plenty of drying time. We didn’t return to have it fixed. I also didn’t receive lotion or a hand massage during that service. My second visit today, was also a walk-in. I waited over an hour to be seen and noticed two other walk-ins were helped before me. There was a language barrier with my technician, which made it difficult to communicate. I asked for my nails not to be cut, but they were cut anyway, and I had to physically show the burgundy color I wanted. I was also told she couldn’t do the design I brought in, though it wasn’t clear if she doesn’t do designs at all or just the specific ones I showed her. The front desk staff tried to help by offering an alternative (cat-eye gel), which I agreed to, and they were kind and apologetic. However, when I was offered water, the cup was dirty with residue and debris inside, which was concerning. This time I received lotion and a massage but no cuticle oil. I was charged $75 for gel cat-eye with tip removal, and the front desk did give me $15 off for the inconveniences, which I appreciated. While they did try to make things right, the overall experience—including wait time, communication issues, service consistency, and cleanliness—was not what I’m looking for. I don’t think this salon is a good fit for me, but others may have a different experience.
