Tegs is a LIFE SAVER and an absolute gem 💎 I was let down by another salon on the Chippenham high street to get my wedding hair sorted and when I reached out, the BINKS team didn’t hesitate to help me and find me the right hair stylist for what I wanted. I had a consultation first and then booked in immediately for treatment and I’m so happy with the results! Tegs really spent the time to explain everything and my options based on my lifestyle and she really spent the time to correct previous mistakes made at another salon and you can tell she is passionate about her work. Such amazing service and everyone you walk past in the salon is so warming and welcoming. A really lovely salon that I know will be my regular for a long time. Thanks girls 🤍

I am incredibly grateful to the team at Binks Hair Studio — they truly worked 100 out of 10. They listened carefully to what I wanted, we discussed every aspect of my needs, they answered all of my questions, and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. I’m absolutely over the moon with my haircut and will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know. Because of circumstances, I had to come with my 14-month-old daughter. It was definitely a challenge for both me and my stylist, but they were so understanding and patient. Even when, during the last 15 minutes, I had to hold my daughter in my arms while finishing the haircut, it didn’t affect the quality of the cut or the service at all. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. I’m beyond thankful — they made my day so much better, and I left the salon feeling amazing. My first visit to Binks and I’ll definitely be returning 🥰 I had an amazing balayage with Bianca. She really listened, chose the perfect tones, and blended everything beautifully. I had to bring my little girl with me for part of the appointment and this wasn’t an issue at all, Bianca made her feel really welcome. Great service, relaxing atmosphere; highly recommend!
