I had a wonderful experience at Bioscor Clinic with Dr Amanda Ong. She is incredibly professional yet so warm and easy to talk to, which immediately put me at ease. She took the time to ensure I was fully informed at every step, patiently guiding me through the process and being very realistic and thoughtful about what would achieve the most natural, restful and youthful result. She has a truly keen eye for aesthetics and a very measured, considered approach. I’ve worked in the aesthetics industry and have a background in pharmacology, so I’m familiar with many of the products and treatments discussed. Despite this, Dr Ong still took the time to clearly explain all the pros and cons, expected outcomes, and reasoning behind her recommendations, which gave me complete confidence and peace of mind. The entire team was fantastic — Karen, Kee and Amy were all incredibly helpful, considerate and accommodating. From start to finish, everyone made me feel genuinely comfortable and well cared for.
