I had my ears pierced last weekend and the owner was great. I’m a huge wuss and he kept me calm and is super friendly. His personality is perfect for the work he does. Very happy with the experience and the job he did.

Alexis was really nice and listened to everything I wanted. She did a beautiful tattoo and I love it. The staff were all very nice, very comfortable environment. So far we have 3 people in the house with beautiful tattoos from alexis and plan on going back whenever we want another one. They are all very professional and make sure you're at ease while you're getting worked on.

I've had 2 tattoos done by Nicole and so has my husband. The first ones we had done at INKarceration by her(lock and key) and then we went to the shop for the other ones. I'm beyond pleased with the work she's done on us. She's a great artist, and it's very funny and personable. I'm going back very soon to have Ian do one on my upper arm of my dog, I cannot wait to see how it turns out, I've seen his work and pictures and know he does good work. I will definitely be going back to them for all my work as well as my husbands.
