Yesser had been doing an amazing job on my tattoos! He is very friendly and professional. He has been able answer all of my questions and I feel very confident in his knowledge and skill. His workspace is always clean and well organized. He listens to my concepts and creates amazing designs with them. I can’t praise him enough and I highly recommend him! My daughter has gotten 5 piercings in each ear. She’s had several people do them and each one has been incredible. They are all so friendly and patient with her. Everything is clean and sanitary. It’s been a very positive experience every time

The artists did great! Got my husband and I in quickly as walkins with great work! My only con was checking out. We were given a price upfront but it increased at checkout. My only suggestion to anyone going is to get a set price before hand in writing.

I got a daith piercing here by Hannah and she did a great job!! She was so kind and quick, as well as knowledgeable. I was nervous because I’ve heard the daith piercing can be pretty intense, but the experience was smooth and as easy/painless as could be. Great experience!!
Olechka US — 5/5 (via Google)
Everything went perfectly! The staff member was incredibly patient and let me take my time finding the exact right placement for the piercing. We were a bit nervous because we’ve had to remove earrings in the past due to crooked holes (at another place), but this experience was flawless. My daughter was able to sleep on her ears that very same night, and by the next day, she barely noticed them. Three days later, she was already cleaning them herself since there was absolutely no pain. If I decide to get a piercing for myself, I am definitely coming back here!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience with Emily yesterday when she pierced both of my ears. From start to finish, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Her calm and reassuring approach really put me at ease, and the piercings turned out perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Emily to anyone considering a piercing at Black Cloud!
