I’ve had seven piercings done at Black Cloud, and every experience has been phenomenal. Frankie, Katy, and Maya have all been incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to answer every question I had and made sure I fully understood the aftercare process. I truly appreciate their patience and care — it makes all the difference.

Came in last week to have my nose ring put back in and Frankie was a dream! So kind, gentle, and checked in any time I remotely tensed up. I’ve worked with a lot of different piercers and I would definitely say she is top two. Strong, attentive, and kind.
Madison Robert — 5/5 (via Google)
My second time going. This time I got a second piercing on both my ears. I got them pierced by Frankie again who, again, is super super sweet. I really like this place a lot and will continue to keep going there. Again, everything was super clean and I was informed on all the aftercare for my piercings. You would think that a tattoo and piercing place that’s in a mall would be a bad place to go to, but Black Cloud Kennesaw has proved me wrong. It’s kinda hard to tell in the photos but the little silver balls on my ears are my new piercings. Oh also my eyebrow piercing healed great when I got it done here. I actually also got my eyebrow switched for the first time and got new ear piercings the same day. I love them so much.
