Customer Reviews for Black Opal Tattoo

We moved to Central Oregon a few years ago. Finding a new tattoo artist had been fairly intimidating. A friend recommended Aaron. My husband has had a few sessions with Aaron. His black and gray tattoos have turned out just as we had hoped. Aaron has also been touching up a color piece thats about 15 years old. Its looking fresh and clean. I've had two sessions with him, so far. He's working on a colored Legend of Zelda scene on my leg. He has made a ton of progress in the amount of time that he's put in. The colors look so good. He pays close attention to even the smallest detail. I am stoked with how its coming along. Aaron is professional and friendly. His workspace is clean and organized. He has been flexible with changes to the original design and has incorporated some unique features, that I love. The shop ambience is relaxing. The others who work there have been personable and welcoming. Prices are on par with the level of experience they provide.

Could not have had a better experience. And thank you Aaron! Three of us went to get matching tattoos. Two of us have a lot of ink and a lot of experience. And then there's me. This was my first one. I simply could not have had a better experience. I am extremely grateful for the care that was taken for all of us, but especially for me. I highly recommend this place. And I highly recommend Aaron Borden. Oh! And the people that I went with have full body ink and are just as pleased as I am. So from the novice to the most experienced, this is the place.

Went here for my first tattoo and it did not disappoint!! I was super anxious but the atmosphere was so fun/amazing it calmed me down right away. I was lucky to have Flora tattoo one of my favorite characters on my arm and it came out exactly how I wanted!! Flora was amazing, definitely will reach out to her/Black Opal for my next tattoo :)
