I had lash extensions done 2 years ago. I gave them up because of the constant reactions I would get. So after doing several research, I came across lash lounge. I told them my experience with reactions, they suggested that I do a patch test before I had my actual appointment. I first had Olga doing the patch test. She was super informative and nice. Two days went by and no reactions. My lash tech on my appointment was Payton. She was super helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. She took the time to explain everything, and we picked a great style. She even flushed my eyes with saline solution and took the normal redness I would get away. Overall, my experience was great and I was impressed with everyone. The staff was very friendly. Fast forward 4 hours later and no reactions or redness. Thank you Lash Lounge. Update: I did end up having a reaction. But I couldn’t get them removed. I was leaving that day. My right eye was red and my left eye was swollen. But by any means was it their fault.
