Overall good experience. Shantenel was sent from heaven and she really saved me from a stressful situation. I usually do my kids hair but I’m a working mom and after my daughter chopped off her hair I washed my hands with doing hair. I took her in to see Shantenel and she reassured me we didn’t have to chop off the rest, showed me some of the beautiful styles she could do, and gave me a reasonable price. Not only did she conquer that challenge with my daughter’s hair but she also did my son’s hair the same day. I’m so very grateful and you just don’t know how much of a weight she took off my shoulders. The name of the company is perfect..truly BLESSED HANDS!!!

She worked wonders with my daughter's hair, and the result is simply beautiful! My child is thrilled with her new look, and I can't recommend this place enough. I have not had my natural hair styled in 2 years. I have been getting braids only. I finally scheduled a appointment with Victoria. She went above and beyond my expectations. I left feeling beautiful. My hair is bouncing and flowing. Thank you Victoria I will definitely book again.

On 12/20 I had 3 appointments with my regular stylist and I was cancelled 15min before our appt. I walked in here and was instantly greeted by all of them. I explained my crisis and Shantenel immediately stepped up and in! She took my son that day! We got my neice situated too. 3 heads on a last minute ask. She explained she didn’t have time for the style I wanted but would do something else to get me through until I could schedule a visit. I was weary, never had a quick weave before. I don't just trust people in my hair either. I have been with my previous stylist for years so this was very emotional for me. Well let me say this……………. Blessed Hands is the perfect name for this spot! Cause yesssssssssss to her hands!! When my son, who is very tender headed came from his appointment smiling ear to ear, I knew this encounter was a blessing! Shantenel has created a monster and gained a customer for life! I loved my quick weave! My family and friends thought I got my natural hair done!! Everyone here is versatile! I mean I fell asleep in her chair! In my twenty times two plus some years, I have never been comfortable enough to fall asleep in ANYONE’S chair or shop!! Lol. I am a little mad I am posting this but, I can’t keep this blessing to myself! Just make sure I get my appointment…. There are others in the shop! Lol!
