I’ve been to Bleu Ciel twice and have had the best experience. My hair stylist Serhat gave me my favorite hair cut I’ve ever had. The layers give movement and frame my face perfectly. The second visit he gave me a balayage that brightened up my aura and looks very natural. I’d highly recommend to all my blonde girlies out there and to anyone looking for haircut. The vibes and the music were also 10/10

Serhat is the only person I trust with my hair! He's a true artist when it comes to hair. I never feel more beautiful (or get more compliments!) after getting my hair cut by him. Not only is he extremely talented, but he's also a kind, thoughtful, wonderful presence. And efficient! Now that he knows me and my hair, I can get the best haircut (and styling!) of my life in under 45 minutes. Go to Bleu Ciel Hair Salon—you won't regret it.

I tried Bleu Ciel Upper East Side after a friend recommended it and now I see why people say it’s the Best Hair Salon Upper East Side. The stylist at Bleu Ciel UES Hair Stylist team did an incredible Blowout Upper East Side and my hair looked amazing all day. If you’re searching for a Luxury Hair Salon Upper East Side or a professional Hairdresser Upper East Side NYC, this place is a great choice. Also very easy to reach if you’re looking for a Hair Salon near 2nd Avenue.

My stylist Serhat is a truly talented artist. From highlights to haircut and blow dries, he brought my hair back to life. He has an eye for the best style for each person, he’s efficient, understanding, meticulous and has an exceptional team like Furkan who also helped with my highlights. Beautiful salon and atmosphere as well. The only salon I’ll be going to from now on. Highly recommend!

Dawn is my preferred stylist! She is the best, not only is she talented but she is such a great person as well. I have fine hair and her blowouts leave my hair looking lusciously healthy, and so full it gives the appearance that I have extensions. I’m always in a rush and finally had time for a haircut and oh my gosh, my hair grew several inches within just a few months. She definitely has the much sought after “magic hands,” I definitely recommend her.
