I was able to get an appointment the day I needed... amazing. My stylist was a bit late for the appointment, but I was OK with that. I had a balayage and a cut. It took a long time because my hair was long. It turned out pretty good, pricing is abt avg for what they do. Everyone seemed to be very busy. If you have long hair, expect 4-5 hours. I got 5 inches cut off, at least. They offer coffee, cold water or soda, they have a bathroom if you need it, for staff and customers only. I do think they could be a bit cleaner, but it was busy, so maybe they wait till closing time to tidy up.
