This was my first time at Bloom Salon and I cannot wait to be back! The aesthetic, the attention, everything was just such a great experience. I connected with Jessenia through her TikTok account where I saw her posts of hair transformations. I trusted her to cut and style my younger sisters hair and she did not disappoint. Paige was absolutely amazing! She really listened to what I was looking for! I love how she communicated with me about every step of the process and really put her time and effort into giving me the best results! I went in with brassy, dull, graying hair and left feeling like a hair model!! There wasn’t a window reflection or mirror I didn’t stop to look in for the rest of the day. It’s really amazing how much a beautiful dye job can boost the self esteem and Paige 100% made that happen for me. I couldn’t be happier with the result and will be returning to her from now on. I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Jessenia. From start to finish, she was professional, talented, and truly an artist with her craft. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, matched the extensions perfectly to my hair, and blended them so seamlessly that no one can tell where my hair ends and the extensions begin. Not only did she give me the most beautiful, natural-looking hair I’ve ever had, but she also made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. Okay I don’t even know where to begin. First of all, the vibes in here are immaculate. Elder emos, this is your salon. Like I walked in, Blink 182 was playing. AFI. Boys Like Girls. All American Rejects. Fall Out Boy. It’s like emo night but a salon. It’s very cute inside, kind of a dark chic look. I was offered coffee, water, snacks, prosecco. It was lovely. My stylist, Paige, was fantastic. She was communicative, listened to my ideas, didn’t push me into anything I didn’t want, and was super easy to get along with. My hair came out stunning: bouncy, glossy, alive, I’m obsessed. Last, and perhaps most important, this salon feels like a safe space. Too often, I have been to stylists who do not feel safe for queer, non-binary or trans folk. Not so at Bloom. This is a space that I felt respected and welcomed diverse identities, and I cannot wait to come back.

I didn’t even know where to start after not cutting my hair for two years. With lots of dead and flat hair, and a very specific vision in my mind, I was extremely nervous going in. Jessenia was running a promotion, so I took it as a sign to finally book. From the moment I sat in her chair and even before, she reassured me and really listened to what I wanted. She took it very seriously building trust between us and I can't be more grateful for that🩷 During my first appointment, I played it safe because I was scared of losing too much length or ending up with something too sharp. I left with a blowout and a soft, rounded U-shape, (which was absolutely beautiful) but once I got home I realized even more clearly what I wanted. She generously offered to adjust it for free prior to leaving the salon that day. So I reached back out! At the second appointment, she gave me the exact look I’d been imagining: a true V-cut with feathered, invisible layers that build volume at the top and naturally taper toward the ends. She was so precise and intentional with every section, and she completely respected my mid-back length while removing all the dead ends. My hair is much healthier, fuller, and still LONG!😍 I’m totally obsessed. This is the best haircut I’ve ever had! I'm soo excited to see Jessenia again, I deeply trust her now. I’ll absolutely be returning🩷
