This place is always full of awesome employees but Id extra like to thank Jess and (I am so sorry I did not get their name) the other employee who was working with Jess (they have shoulder length hair that I believe is a blondish orange, sorry!) A ton. Me and my husband went and got piercings a couple weeks or so ago and they were great. I got a cartilage piercing done at around 6 or 8g and have had some issues healing it due to my health. Jess has been SO SO helpful and quick to answer any questions and even helped me out when the tunnel fell out and I lost it. They are so kind and seem genuinely excited to be part of your piercing journey. Its always wonderful when you can tell someone has a true passion for their job, and the employees here really do seem passionate. I will certainly be returning for future piercings and tattoos. I recommend you check them out!! 10/10 ♡

I got this epic seafloor tattoo by Rhino. He's an awesome dude - super fun to talk to, upbeat, very creative/artistic, and willing to figure out a design for the best tattoo possible. The process was quick and enjoyable! I would recommend Blue Horseshoe to anyone I know!

Took my Daughter to get her Septum Piercing. Very relaxed atmosphere and the staff treated you like family as soon as you step in the door. Parental verification was easy. Was scheduled for 30 minute wait but was seen and done in less than 10. Props to Noel. She was the coolest professional and had my daughter in and out quick. Wish I could give more stars. Will be back

I got my nipples pierced by Noel and it was a great experience! The process was quick and she made me feel really comfortable and confident the whole time. She’s very kind, welcoming, and professional. I will definitely be back! 😊 She also let me know that I don’t have a pierce-able belly button, which honestly made so much sense! My first two belly button piercings from another shop in Ohio never healed, and now I understand why. Noel explained that when I sit, my belly button closes and becomes flat, which makes it unsuitable for a piercing! If a professional piercer tells you that your anatomy isn’t right for a certain piercing (belly button, nose, ears, etc.), trust them! A good piercer cares more about your safety and healing than just doing the piercing.
