George and Ella were both so friendly and easy to chat with, which made the whole appointment feel relaxed and comfortable. I had gone in for a cut, and George really listened to what I wanted and how we could achieve it. Very happy with my new hairstyle. He also gave sound advice on how I could start blending in the greys naturally rather than hiding them and damaging my hair. Ended up booking in for a colour too which I hadn't planned initially. Lastly, Ella gave me a great head massage, which was such a lovely extra touch. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend. ☺️

My 11-year-old daughter recently had her hair cut for the first time in 10 years to donate it to the Little Princess Trust charity. It was a big moment for her, and Lauren made it truly special. From the beginning, Lauren was amazing—she took the time to chat with my daughter, gave her thoughtful advice, and made her feel completely at ease. Even though it was meant to be a 45-minute appointment, Lauren went above and beyond by giving her a full wash and blow-dry before the big cut. The haircut itself was beautiful—Lauren added soft layers that perfectly framed my daughter’s face. She never rushed, was incredibly patient, and checked in with us throughout the process to make sure we were happy every step of the way. Today was my first time at Blue Tit in Woolwich. Yesterday, I went to another hairdresser who messed up my hair. Lauren, on the other hand, made my hair beautiful again. She took a lot of time, listened to my wishes and concerns. She took her time looking at my hair and explained what she could do to make it pretty again, and the results were even better than I expected. She explained every step she took and, while she was styling my hair, she explained how I could style it myself at home. The whole team was very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and the whole atmosphere was great. I will definitely come back, I couldn't be happier with my haircut.
