Highly recommend BWS if you want to feel important from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Every team member goes above and beyond to make you feel genuinely cared for. I always see my favorite laser technician, Sinead. Her skincare recommendations are just as impressive as her laser work. She is an amazing laser tech who is passionate about helping your skin look its best. I always leave with clear guidance and great results.

I’ve been coming to the Brier Creek location for quite some time, and I couldn’t be happier with my experiences. Every provider is incredibly warm and welcoming, and they always make me feel like a VIP at each visit. I recently had a microinfusion facial, and my skin has never looked better! The front office staff is just as amazing—always friendly and thoughtful, even remembering my favorite complimentary sparkling water every time I come in. I’m truly a client for life and can’t recommend this place enough!

I had the best, caring treatment(s) with Victoria Fanelli at the Brier Creek Blue Wate Spa location. Victoria is lovely to work with. She made sure I was always comfortable while giving me the best treatment based on my tolerance for the laser and I've been very happy with my results! If you are hesitant, book with Victoria at BWS and you won't regret it!! I booked special pricing at the holidays, so also very happy with the cost.

I joined the BWS membership for 25/mo, which was well worth it. I was able to do the emsculpt on my glutes, which have been causing leg pain, at a significantly discounted membership price. This is not something I would have considered otherwise. Victoria was awesome as my RN in the sessions (4.) She was engaging the entire time, making a connection with me, the client, and explained things well. The emsculpt was followed by a vibration plate which helped alleviate any lactic acid build up and generally is a good way to keep the lymphatic system in order. The emsculpt does take 3 months for the muscles to build (to see a physical difference in the mirror) but I am seeing some pain reduction now. The true test will be walking 5-7 miles a day for several days by the end of this month.

I cannot say enough how much I love Blue Water Spa! I've had laser hair removal, my husband had microneedling, and I continue to use their high-quality products for my skincare routine. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and eager to help and provide the right information for your particular questions and goals. It felt like I was being taken care of by friends I had known for a long time! It's clear that the staff is dedicated to their field, and everyone from the Administrative Team welcoming you to the Clinicians performing services act with professionalism and compassion.
