I had anxiety going into this appointment however I believe it was Ellie who I was with made me feel so comfortable she’s double checked everything with me before cutting and during the cutting, drying and styling process she continued to make sure I was happy and comfortable. I would definitely go back again and I’ve had some many compliments from friends and family to say how nice my hair looks after having such a big cut.
