Brittanee was fantastic! I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted, and she certainly delivered. Perhaps it was witchcraft that resurrected my waves. Perhaps it was years of dedication and experience paired with precision and great communication skills. Either way, my one regret is not booking sooner! 😌 To add some perspective, I was a hairstylist of roughly ten years before having my son. I’ve seen all sorts of things in all sorts of salons. But from the moment I stepped in to the moment I left, I felt 100% at ease and confident in my stylist. TL;DR: just do it.

I’ve been going to BNC since 2019 and I love it here! They offer so many services, amenities (snacks and water) and are always so friendly! Never have had an issue with anyone who has worked here! Just look at these photos from the last time I was there! Amazing! Night and Day difference!

This place is amazing over all but I keep coming back to get my hair done by MJ. She has so much talent with color services and it’s always a welcoming and sweet experience every time I’m in her chair. We’ve been on a journey to get my hair healthy from years of me not taking care of it while also going blonde. She has really transformed my hair while also getting me to where I want it to be color wise!! She has so much knowledge of hair care at home and she has helped me find the best products to use for my hair type. I highly recommend booking with her even if it’s just for a cut or a facial!!

I am posting photos from two years ago, I had great experiences with this Industry Salon. I moved further and tried another salon which was close to my house. It was an absolutely horrendous experience and extremely unprofessional. They messed up my hair (looks similar to attached before photo - just a bit more muddy brown). They told me that no one could work with the type of hair I had. However, I have had no issues with industry salon making my hair beautiful. I really wanted to say thank you for your professionalism and beautiful work.
