I got my tattoo with Matt, what an amazing experience. He walked me though everything, allowed me to take breaks whenever I needed. I had an incredible time. It did not hurt and I was in and out in an hour (this is not to say they rush their work), as it came out perfect!
Patty Boston — 5/5 (via Google)

Been there 3 times for piercings this year already. The staff there is awesome, knowledgeable, and professional! I can't enough about Mara, who does the piercings. Super nice, knows her shit, and will take her time to make sure the position, etc, is perfect. Highly recommended, would give 10 stars
