I've been to Botanical Beauty several times now for lash lifts and brows and I always leave feeling amazing. Carla has completed most of my appts but all the staff are charming, helpful, and great at what they do. Carla is lovely to talk to, she discusses what you want and is confident in giving her opinion and expertise. She talks you through the steps (especially if your trying something new,) and I have never left feeling uncertain or not liking anything I've had done.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Carla did a fabulous job on my lash lift and brow wax and tint. She was extremely professional, very bubbly and friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I’m so happy with the results and would highly recommend her. I’ll definitely be going back!

Cannot thank carla enough for all her hard work and dedication for my eyebrows. Started with really disorganised eyebrows from years of over plucking and shaving and now have eyebrows that I have always dreamed off. I will continue to come to Carla to keep going with the tinting and shaping of my eyebrows but they are now how I always want them. Thank you Carla❤️

Absolutely love coming here to get my nails and lashes done by Iga! She is amazing at what she does and exceeds my expectations every time with the nail art challenges I come up with. My eyelashes have never lasted as well and absolutely no irritation at all, she is a pro! I have had a few sets of nails done by Angelina also and she is equally as talented, such lovely girls too! Highly recommend xxx

I’ve been coming to Botanical Beauty for just under 5 years and have had almost every service they offer. Every treatment I’ve received has been the highest standard which has not been matched anywhere else. All staff members are well trained, professional, knowledgeable and always have friendly conversation. If you need regular beauty maintenance or just a pick me up to feel good about yourself I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.
