I had such a great experience getting my neurotoxin injections here. I’ll be honest—I really don’t like needles and I don’t like getting injections but the Krystal was incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring the entire time. She took the time to explain everything before starting, checked in with me throughout the appointment, and made sure I was comfortable. The injections were much quicker and easier than I expected, and she did a great job minimizing discomfort. The results look very natural, and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re someone who’s nervous about pain or needles, I highly recommend this place—you’ll be in very caring hands.

I had an amazing experience at ROAR last Friday, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Krystal! She’s been my client for a year, and I finally decided to treat myself to some self-care with her expert help—especially since I hadn’t done anything for my face in over four years. Krystal was incredibly professional and kind. She never judged the fact that I wasn’t sure exactly what I’d had injected in the past (since it was done somewhere else and I didn’t have all the details). She explained everything she was doing step-by-step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The pain level was really minimal, around a 2 or 3 at most. She even fixed a little bit of my lip filler that had shifted over time, which was something I really appreciated.
