I’d give it more stars if I could!! Been twice, first time I went I had the semi permanent and then the last time got the permanent blow dry. OH MH GOODNESS. Can’t believe how many years I’ve wasted on products and tools to try and tame my hair! Had the permanent one done 6 weeks ago and hair is perfectly straight and smooth. No need to use any tools at all. It’s absolutely amazing! The girls are all so lovely and always get a good laugh when I’ve been in. Thank you so much!

I was in at the end of August and decided to try Charlotte's new treatment. I was a bit undecided as I have had the original Brazilian treatment for the past few years. The girls were so friendly & the chat was great with a fantastic atmosphere with all the customers. Well I have to say I managed to go on holiday in very humid weather & not have to bother with my hair at all. I washed and dried it very quickly, didn't even need to bump over with straighteners for 3 full weeks.I have just been to my hairdressers and got a trim with my usual scattered foils and roots done. My hair looks so healthy & glossy. Would definitely recommend the new treatment however would still be happy with Original treatment.Thanks Charlotte & your lovely girls xxxx

Product is cannot live without - id rather loose my phone for 4 months and have my blow dry I have been going here for over 14 years Ive used both products and my opinion is below. Old original one Its amazing ..1st couple of weeks hair can feel heavy just need to use styling products to give bounce back but hair is smooth shiny and easy to manage. This lasts me about 4 months then my wavy growth gets on my nerves. New product Also and just as amazing doesn't seem to hold hair as straight but once run over with straighteners it stays that way humidity doesn't attack it and hair stays straighten ♡ This one you have different after care you can you normal.decent quality shampoo but I always still use sulphate free. I do feel this one is not as shiny and defo needs a mask every other week or more to feel silky and smooth This one lasts me about the same time but is cheaper to get my roots done Really swings and roundabouts Not everyone's hair responds the same way. Its not one size fits all. Girls In salon are as good as the product. Go on try it! If big hair/frizzy hair is an issue you need to try it 😉 you won't be disappointed

Always a great treatment. Changed over from the older treatment to the new one 4 months ago. Love this treatment even more. My hair is still in great condition. You need to do home visits though- I live miles away 😄but wouldn't go anywhere else.
