So pleased with the service I receive for my monthly treatments. Isobel is so friendly, always making me feel at ease. Recently, my gel polish chipped after just 2 days, and they were able to get me in straight away to get it fixed and sorted. I’ve always worried about finding the right ‘nail lady’ and I have found the place where I will continue to go. Would recommend this to all my friends and family.

I don't like being touched. I think it is a genuine fear. Needless to say, beauticians aren't my thing........ then I found British Beauty. I've been seeing Emily since 2021. My eyebrows are always on point, my lashes are devine, and when I do have a pamper, the pedicures have been relaxing. Emily has taken a thing I hated and turned it into a happy place. There is a reason why Emily and British Beauty are always nominated for salon and beautician of the year.

Wonderful salon. As soon as you open the door you are greeted with the most wonderful and relaxing scent. Emily was kind, professional and warm throughout the whole service. It was my first lash lift and she explained everything from what she was doing and the after care process. For someone who has sensitive skin, I was quite nervous to have this done, but Emily put me at ease during my patch test. I’m in love with my lashes thank you!! You also receive a wonderful massage during your appointment and being able to choose your own oils was such a treat! A highly recommended salon!
