Excellent experience! My husband and I got much needed pedicures. We appreciated that the staff were serious about safety (masks, temperature checks, lots of sanitizing, appointment only). Super relaxing! I LOVED the mint scented warm towels (so refreshing) and the massage was AMAZING!

I really liked my technician (Huoy) and my friend's technician (Tracey). The front desk guy tho...not great. We went there together after setting up an appointment and we arrived on time. We go to enter and as soon as I opened the door the guy standing at the front desk like looks at us and kind of says 'how can I help you' with a 'what do you want' tone. But at the same time I was saying we have an appointment for w/e time. I guess he didn't hear me because he was busy so he repeats it again but his whole vibe is like he's about to refuse us service. So I repeat myself about the appointment and at that point he grudgingly tells us to pick our color. Every interaction from that point was ok, except my friend had to wait almost 15-20 mins from their technician to be done with her current customer. For me tho, Huoy was great and my friend and I got to sit side by side eventually so that was great! If I ever had to go back tho, it'd be for Huoy/Tracey not front desk dude

My favorite nail salon ever! When I first moved to the city I tried over 8 different salons, and ended up back at Broadway (the first one I tried). I’ve now been going there for two years and have loved my nails every single time I go. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a wide range of colors and always foster a clean environment. Every time I get my nails done I get numerous compliments on them!
