I found Brooklyn at the recommendation of a friend and as someone with curly hair and a lot of bad haircuts in the past, I was anxious to try someone new. But from the moment I scheduled my appointment I felt confident that it would be a good experience. I arrived with hair to my waist and two years of postpartum hair loss/pregnancy growth. I wasn’t even sure I still had curly hair. Brooklyn worked magic to blend my growth together and I loved the result. What I was even more impressed by was her ability to teach as she went through everything. I left feeling confident that I could recreate the look in a way that fit my life. The best part was Brooklyn followed up with an email capturing everything she had done so that when I was home theee days later trying to remember what I was supposed to first, it was all right there, written out in detail.
