I have gone to this place a few times and I have to be honest. The factor in which I gave them only 4 stars is that while threading my eyebrows, the tech was pulling very slowly. Which is painful? And feels like you're pulling one hair out at a time. I have been doing threading on my eyebrows for almost 2 decades. I started in Iraq and in Turkey, where they are extremely proficient in going very fast. And still getting the lines and hairs perfect. It's only here in America where I noticed. They pull very slowly, which increases the pain and I experienced this at this facility. I will agree with some of the other reviews that they are very persistent in selling products but I stand strong in the things I do and do not want. So it does not bother me very much. But it could bother someone who is not used to that, other than that my eyebrows came out very nice. I have a lot of hair in my eyebrows so they usually come out well. But she really emphasized my arch just how I like it. So the overall outcome was very good. But I could not give them a five, based on the fact that they did press me to purchase items and that it did hurt because she went so slow while pulling each hair out. I did like that they have a board up with examples for you to pick from just like when gentlemen go to the barber shop and they have the numbered options for you to pick from.
